All hunts are based on a minimum harvest expectation of a 140” class whitetail deer. Bucks scoring 140” or greater are considered full trophy deer and are included in the base hunt package with no additional trophy fee. Bucks scoring 125”–139” are classified as management-class deer and carry a $300 management harvest fee. Any buck under 125” is considered outside of target harvest goals and carries a $1,000 management fee.

Yes. All hunts are conducted under fair chase principles with free-ranging wildlife in their natural habitat. While the property is actively managed, animals are not confined and must be hunted using skill, strategy, and proper execution.

Non-resident hunters must apply through the Kansas draw system to obtain a whitetail deer tag, with applications typically open from April 1 through April 24, 2026. Tags are limited and awarded through a lottery-style draw, with results released shortly after the application period closes in late May. Early planning is strongly recommended to ensure you’re positioned for a successful application and preferred hunting dates.

Non-resident hunters for the 2027 spring turkey season must apply through the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks draw system during the annual application period, typically opening in January 2027 and closing in February 2027. Tags are awarded through a limited lottery draw due to high demand, with successful applicants able to hunt during the spring season, which generally runs from mid-April through the end of May depending on unit regulations. Because tag allocation is limited, applying early within the window is strongly recommended to secure hunting opportunities in Kansas.

Once we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your hunt, answer any questions, and confirm availability. After availability has been confirmed, we will provide our Hunt Reservation Agreement, Liability Waiver, and payment instructions.

Hunt dates are not reserved until all required documents have been signed and the required deposit has been received. A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total hunt price is required to secure your reservation.

Once availability has been confirmed and all required documents have been completed, we will provide payment instructions and/or an invoice for your reservation. A deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total hunt price is required to secure hunt dates.

The remaining balance is due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled hunt start date. Hunters may also elect to pay the full balance at the time of booking.

We currently accept payment by check and credit or debit card. Hunt dates are not considered reserved until the required deposit has been received.
